Fall in a glass: cognac, cold apple cider and a splash of ginger ale. Easy to make by the pitcher for a party.

1½ oz Hennessy VS
3 oz apple cider
½ oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
2 oz ginger ale
Apple slice and a cinnamon stick to garnish

How to make it

Fill a glass with ice.
Add the Hennessy, cider, lemon juice and maple syrup, and stir.
Top with ginger ale and stir once more.
Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

For a party (about 16 drinks): one 750ml bottle of Hennessy VS, half a gallon of apple cider, 1 cup lemon juice and ⅓ cup maple syrup in a pitcher. Add 1 liter of ginger ale just before serving.
